1. What we do (service scope)

podcraftnet.com provides an online platform that helps you search and submit rental inquiries to potential landlords/agents (“Participants”). We do not rent apartments ourselves.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. A rental offer, acceptance, lease terms, and payment obligations are determined solely between you and the Participant.

2. How inquiries work

When you submit an inquiry, you request a Participant to contact you and/or consider your request. We may display listing information provided by Participants.

We do not guarantee availability, pricing, suitability, or responsiveness of Participants.

3. No guarantees; participant decisions

You acknowledge that Participants independently decide whether to respond, accept, reserve, or enter into a lease with you. Any timelines and availability shown on the platform are informational only and may change without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, podcraftnet.com is not responsible for any Participant’s decisions, actions, or omissions.

4. Platform availability; changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform or specific features at any time, with or without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the platform only for its intended purpose: requesting rental inquiries and browsing informational listings.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the platform, interfere with security, or circumvent access controls.
• Do not submit unlawful, offensive, or misleading information.
• Do not impersonate others or falsify your identity.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ukrainian law, podcraftnet.com and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the platform or any Participant interaction.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for which exclusion or limitation is not allowed by law.

7. Information, identification, and required disclosures

If you use services in electronic commerce, we provide direct and simple access on our website to the required seller/provider identification details, in accordance with Закон України “Про електронну комерцію” № 675-VIII.

Before you conclude a contract with a Participant (or any agreement facilitated through the platform), you should be provided timely, complete, reliable information about the service and the responsible business entity, in accordance with Закон України “Про захист прав споживачів” № 3153-IX.

If we process personal data (including via cookies or tracking), such processing is conducted lawfully and transparently with a proper legal basis and notice to individuals, in accordance with Закон України “Про захист персональних даних” № 2297-VI.

8. Advertising and communications

Any advertising distributed on the territory of Ukraine must comply with Ukrainian language requirements under Закон України “Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної” (стаття 32).

We require that platform offers and related advertising are not misleading and follow general advertising integrity requirements under Закон України “Про рекламу” № 270/96-ВР.
